Who we are
Firm Foundation Technology LLC is a Wyoming company run by Caleb Newton and Gavin Munroe. This page covers firmfoundation.tech and the internal tools we use to run our work.
What we collect
When you book a Blueprint or write to us, we keep what you send: your name, your church or ministry, your email and your message. When one of us connects our own Google account to our tools, those tools can read and send mail, and read and edit calendar events, contacts, Drive files, Docs, Sheets, Slides and tasks in that account.
How we use it
Only to answer you, do the work you ask us for, and run our own inboxes and calendars. Google account data is used only to provide those features to the person who connected the account. Some of it is processed by the AI services we use to run our tools.
What we never do
We never sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the services that run our tools. Our use of data from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Your choices
Ask us to see or delete anything we hold about you, and we will. Anyone who connected a Google account can remove our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
